Q. What is CSB Online?
A. CSB Online lets you do your banking from your PC at home or in your office at work. You have access to all of your banking information through the Internet. You can access your account through our website at www.citizenssecurity.com

Q. What will I be able to do with CSB Online?
A. You will be able to view account information, account balances, current transactions, previous statement, range of transactions between dates, transfer funds between checking & savings, make payments to CSB loans, enter stop payments, and download into popular accounting software, such as Quicken and Microsoft Money to name just a couple.

Q. What kind of equipment will I need?
A. You will need to have a PC that has Internet access and a Web browser with 128-bit encryption.

Q. Will I be able to access my account from work?
A. Yes, you can. You can access your account from any PC that has Internet access and a browser with 128-bit encryption. That means from your home, office or on laptop when you are out of town.

Q. How do I sign up for CSB Online?
A. You can sign up by stopping by any branch and filling out our CSB Online Application, calling to have one mailed to you, or having one sent by E-Mailing one to you. You simply fill it out, sign it and return to our Internet Banking Coordinator. After getting signed up, you will receive your Welcome Packet with your ID and PIN within a few days.

Q. What accounts will I have access to?
A. You will have access to any accounts that you are an authorized signer on, such as checking, savings, money market, CD's, IRA's, and loans.

Q. After making a deposit, how soon will it show up Online?
A. You will be able to view the deposit right after the transaction is made. You will also be able to view transfers immediately after you receive your Online confirmation.

Q. Will I still receive a monthly statement?
A. Yes, you will continue to receive a monthly statement in the mail.

Q. Is CSB Online secure?
A. CSB Online features password controlled entry, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol for data encryption and state of the art firewall protection. Regulation E applies to CSB Online just like our CSB Visa Check Card, and liability on unauthorized electronic transactions is limited to $50.00 for transactions that are reported in a timely manner.

Q. How much does CSB Online cost?
A. CSB Online is free to all CSB customers with accounts with an open status.

Q. What if I forget my Personal ID or PIN?
A. If you forget your Personal ID or PIN, you can call Customer Service at 1-888-272-8866 during regular banking hours Monday through Friday to have them reset. You will be asked to provide additional personal information to verify your identity. You will then be instructed how to proceed with logging in. As always you will be able to change your ID and/or PIN whenever you like.
